Shipping rules and rates explained.
Coolwaters does ship WORLD WIDE! However there are some things you should know before ordering! We use the United States Postal Service to ship our packages. Shipping can take up to 2-weeks to process so please allow time for your order to leave our offices. We offer the same services they offer including FIRST CLASS, PRIORITY MAIL and EXPRESS. Note that first class MUST be chosen ONLY if your order is 13 oz or less. Priority Mail is the most common form used and perhaps the most cost effective! NOTE all packages shipped do NOT include insurance, you must add it on at check out if you fear that your package will be lost of damaged as we assume no responsibility for these misfortunes!SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA
Coolwaters is NOT responsible for ANY taxes or duties your country may implement when your package is shipped. You should be prepared to pay taxes and duties on the items you order as we will NOT claim the item(s) for less than what we sell it for in our store! We will mark packages as "gifts" but this does not always grant free taxes or duties!HANDLING FEES
We do charge a small handling fee. Boxes, tape, packing materials and the employee who ships your items are NOT free. The fee is minimal and will be added to your shipping rate that is quoted by the United States Postal Service.RATES
For a list of rates we suggest that you visit www.usps.com. There you can enter your address and get an estimated shipping cost. It will also estimate your delivery time BUT NOTE THAT YOUR ITEM(S) MAY TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS BEFORE THEY LEAVE OUR OFFICE!EXPRESS MAIL
YES we will ship things express mail IF YOU REQUEST IT, HOWEVER do note that we travel around with world with our clients so we are not always in the office to get your order! DO NOT JUST CHOOSE express mail when checking out. IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM right away call us at 818-909-7040 and we can inform you of how fast we can ship your item (we can even do FED EX). ALL EXPRESS orders contain additional fees for shipping and handling!
WE DO NOT accept returns on signed merchandise! Due to the nature of autographs and the fear that dishonest people are trying to fake signatures we do NOT accept returns on items that are signed. We want to guarantee that our items are 100% real and they are when they leave our office. If someone was to return a signed item we would not be able to resell it as there is too much of a chance that the signature was tampered with. We try our best to explain, in detail, the item(s) you are ordering. You will not be getting a second rate item or damaged item. If you are fearful that your item will be damaged in shipping YOU MUST ADD INSURANCE!Returns are accepted on un-signed items within 14-days of receipt. You (the buyer) are responsible for ALL shipping charges for the return and only the retail price you paid will be returned to you!
