THIS IS A COMBO PACKAGE!

You are ordering both a signed greeting card and a personal video greeting for a single recipient.

The celebrity will hand sign a specially designed Birthday Card AND record a short 20-30 second video Birthday greeting just for you! Or, order one as a GIFT for an unsuspecting family member or friend!

During check out please provide the FIRST NAME ONLY in the comments section and write it in CAPS please. If you wish to state the person's AGE please indicate it in the comments section also. Cards will ONLY state the person's name (not age).

CARD INFO:
The card itself is a festive 7x5 card that features an exclusively designed Birthday image on the front and the following greeting inside:

"Greetings (insert person's name):
Heard it was your Birthday! I hope you have an amazing day and a fun celebration!

Best Wishes- (signature of chosen celebrity here)!"

Cards can only be signed to a single person. Celebrity may or may not add an extra hand written message, it is solely up to them. You can NOT request additional items to be written in your card and the requests will not be sent to the celebrity, sorry. Celebrity retains the right to simply sign the card or add something extra.

VIDEO INFO:

The video itself features the celebrity you have chosen speaking directly to the camera offering the Birthday person an exclusive and original greeting JUST FOR YOU!

The video content is created solely at the discretion of the celebrity. They may choose to sing to the recipient or simply offer them a non-singing verbal message. We have asked the celebrity to make the video be 20-30 seconds long but in some cases it could be longer.

Videos can only be created for a single person. You can NOT request for the celebrity to "perform" or say anything other than a Birthday greeting and the requests will not be sent to the celebrity, sorry. Celebrity retains the right to keep the video as simple as possible.

DELIVERY INFO:

-- Please be aware that cards are signed PER ORDER ONLY. This means that once your order is received we must then ship it to the celebrity of your choice to be signed and they then must pop it in the mail. If the celebrity is working on a film or TV series it could delay the signing and delivery of your card. We ask that you be patient and TRY to place your card order well in advance leaving enough time for it to arrive to its destination. Coolwaters nor the celebrity can guarantee any sort of arrival date.

-- Cards are mailed via FIRST CLASS mail only via the United States Postal Service using a standard greetings card envelope and first class stamp. At this time we do not offer any other form of shipping. USA domestic cards could take 2-3 weeks to arrive pending celebrity's schedule USPS service.
ALL International cards are mailed first class mail using a single "global flat rate" stamp and could take 3 weeks or more to arrive.
NOTE: Please be aware that video messages are created when the celebrity has time, they do not "drop everything they are doing" to record your message. If the celebrity is working on a film or TV series it could delay the creation and delivery of your video. We ask that you be patient and TRY to place your video order well in advance leaving enough time for it to be recorded. Coolwaters nor the celebrity can guarantee any sort of arrival date and it is safe to say that it could take up to 3-weeks or more.

-- Videos will be delivered to the recipient via a PRIVATE link on our You Tube page. Links will be e-mailed to ONE e-mail address only. If this video greeting is NOT for you then PLEASE provide the proper e-mail address in the comments section. Otherwise the link will be sent to the e-mail address in your account.

-- Refunds are not granted under any circumstances UNLESS the celebrity is unable to record your video. A request for a refund because you did not like the video length or content will not constitute a reason for a refund.
