You are ordering both a signed greeting card and a personal video greeting for a single recipient.
You will also receive a $10.00 (and up to) $100.00 credit to be used in our store (restrictions apply, see info below).

Coolwaters’ own President, Derek Maki, will hand sign a specially designed Birthday Card AND record a video Birthday greeting just for you! Or order one as a GIFT for an unsuspecting family member or friend!

During check out please provide the FIRST NAME ONLY in the comments section and write it in CAPS please. If you wish to state the person's AGE please indicate it in the comments section also. Cards will ONLY state the person's name (not age).

CARD INFO:
The card itself is a festive 7x5 card that features an exclusively designed Birthday image on the front and the following greeting inside:

"Greetings (insert person's name):
Heard it was your Birthday! I hope you have an amazing day and a fun celebration!

Best Wishes- (signature of Mr. Maki here)!"

Cards can only be signed to a single person. Mr. Maki may or may not add an extra handwritten message, it is solely up to him. You can NOT request additional items to be written in your card. Mr. Maki retains the right to simply sign the card or add something extra.

VIDEO INFO:

The video itself features Mr. Maki speaking directly to the camera offering the Birthday person an exclusive and original greeting JUST FOR YOU! PLUS, during the video Mr. Maki will randomly pull a number from a hat and if your Birthday date is pulled YOU RECEIVE $100.00 to spend in our store (restrictions apply, see full info below).

The video content is created solely by Mr. Maki. He may choose to sing to the recipient or simply offer them a non-singing verbal message. Length of the video will vary.

Videos can only be created for a single person. You can NOT request for Mr. Maki to "perform" or say anything other than a Birthday greeting and the requests will not be granted, sorry.

DELIVERY INFO:

-- Please be aware that cards are signed PER ORDER ONLY. If Mr. Maki is working on a film or TV series or is on the road for a convention it could delay the signing and delivery of your card. We ask that you be patient and TRY to place your card order well in advance leaving enough time for it to arrive to its destination. Coolwaters nor Mr. Maki can guarantee any sort of arrival date.

-- Cards are mailed via FIRST CLASS mail only via the United States Postal Service using a standard greeting card envelope and first-class stamp. At this time, we do not offer any other form of shipping. USA domestic cards could take 1-2 weeks to arrive pending USPS service.
ALL International cards are mailed first class mail using a single "global flat rate" stamp and could take 3 weeks or more to arrive.

NOTE: Please be aware that video messages are created when Mr. Maki has time, he does not "drop everything he is doing" to record your message. We ask that you be patient and TRY to place your video order well in advance leaving enough time for it to be recorded. Coolwaters nor Mr. Maki can guarantee any sort of arrival date and it is safe to say that it could take up to 3-weeks or more.

-- Videos will be delivered to the recipient via a PRIVATE link on our You Tube page. Links will be e-mailed to ONE e-mail address only. If this video greeting is NOT for you then PLEASE provide the proper e-mail address in the comments section. Otherwise, the link will be sent to the e-mail address in your account.

-- Refunds are not granted under any circumstances UNLESS Mr. Maki is unable to record your video. A request for a refund because you did not like the video length or content will not constitute a reason for a refund.

NOTE: PLEASE TRY to place your video greeting order early. Coolwaters cannot guarantee any sort of arrival date.

RULES & RESTRICTIONS on possibly getting anywhere from $10.00 up to $100.00 to use in our store:

Chances of receiving a $100.00 credit in our store is 1 in 31. The credit is to be used solely by the Birthday recipient. The credits have no “real” cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. The credit can be used ONLY in the Coolwaters online store towards eligible items (our e-bay store and live convention events are not eligible). Pre-Orders and Birthday Greetings are NOT eligible to use with the credit, credit can only be used on regularly priced merchandise only. If the full value of the credit you received is not use the balance will NOT transfer over, you must use the whole amount, any balance owed on the item(s) you choose must be paid via Pay Pal and you will be directed to pay the balance at check out. Shipping and Handling is NOT included in the credit, only the face retail value of the item(s). Birthday credits can only be used ONCE per purchase and birthday year per recipient. Credits are not provided for by any other Birthday Greetings offered on our site and your order must be fully paid for prior to receiving.

During your video greeting Mr. Maki will show you, on camera, 31 tiles each having ONE number from 1 to 31 (representing the days of the month). All 31 tiles are placed in a hat and Mr. Maki will randomly pull ONE tile from the hat. Credits are based on the following:

FOR EXAMPLE: If your birthday is March 15th then the number “15” is what you are hoping Mr. Maki will pull from the hat. Here are how the credits are granted:

A $10.00 (ten) dollar credit will be provided to you if Mr. Maki pulls any number within a week of your birth date.
A $20.00 (twenty) dollar credit will be provided to you if Mr. Maki pulls a number that falls WITHIN your birthday week (so if your date is the 15th then tiles 12 or 13 or 17 or 18 stipulate the value of your credit).
A $50.00 (fifty) dollar credit will be provided to you if Mr. Maki pulls a number that is the day BEFORE or the day AFTER your birth date (so if your date is the 15th then the 14Th or 16Th stipulate the value of your credit).
AND a $100.00 (one hundred) dollar credit will be provided to you if Mr. Maki pulls your actual birth date tile (so if your date is the 15th and he pulls the “15” tile you get the $100 credit)!

You will be sent a CODE to be used during check out in the store. The code will have the credit discounted from your order total. You will be responsible for all shipping handling charges and all other store rules and regulations apply (see store for details). Credits will expire after 1-year from the issuance date. AGAIN: Pre-Orders, Birthday Greetings and items on sale are NOT eligible for the credit to be used.
