I will not accuse Coolwaters nor its employees or clients for falsifying an autograph in any way. I also understand that item(s) shipped to me are done so without insurance and I am 100% solely responsible for any loss or damage that my carrier might inflict on the package and or the items inside. I am also responsible for any and all duties and taxes that my country may require me to pay in order to obtain my item(s). I hold Coolwaters and its employees and clients harmless from any wrong doing on my part and or the part of my country and the carrier who is delivering my package(s). Shipping rates are not guaranteed and unless I choose a shipping service that includes tracking and or insurance then I choose "BEST" option and do so at my own risk. Coolwaters does not provide nor imply insurance, delivery speed or service when "BEST" is chosen at check out for shipping costs. When I choose "BEST" I understand that Coolwaters will choose the shipping method for my item(s) that is the most cost effective and it is at Coolwaters sole discretion.
