Shipping rules and rates explained.

Coolwaters does ship WORLD WIDE! We have changed our shipping options to better serve our customers. DOMESTIC customers will be offered PRIORITY services using USPS flat rate option. International customers will have the option of EXPRESS mail (which is SAFEST) or "BEST" which means we choose the shipping option and it could be "first class" or "priority". Do note that International customers who choose the FLAT RATE "BEST" option do so at their own risk and should your item be shipped first class, Coolwaters would not be responsible for ANY LOSS or DAMAGE in any way shape or form. Choose your option carefully and note that "cheapest" is not always the best! We use the United States Postal Service to ship our packages (with the exception of HARRISON FORD items for which we use FEDEX only). Shipping can take up to 2-weeks to process so please allow time for your order to leave our offices. NOTE all packages shipped do NOT include insurance, you must add it on at check out if you fear that your package will be lost of damaged as we assume no responsibility for these misfortunes!

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA

Coolwaters is NOT responsible for ANY taxes or duties your country may implement when your package is shipped. You should be prepared to pay taxes and duties on the items you order as we will NOT claim the item(s) for less than what we sell it for in our store! We will mark packages as "gifts" but this does not always grant free taxes or duties! HANDLING FEES

We do charge a small handling fee. Boxes, tape, packing materials and the employee who ships your items are NOT free. The fee is minimal and will be added to your shipping rate that is quoted by the United States Postal Service.

RATES

Rates are subject to change at ANY TIME.

RETURNS.

WE DO NOT accept returns on signed merchandise! Due to the nature of autographs and the fear that dishonest people are trying to fake signatures we do NOT accept returns on items that are signed. We want to guarantee that our items are 100% real and they are when they leave our office. If someone was to return a signed item we would not be able to resell it as there is too much of a chance that the signature was tampered with. We try our best to explain, in detail, the item(s) you are ordering. You will not be getting a second rate item or damaged item.Returns are accepted on un-signed items within 14-days of receipt. You (the buyer) are responsible for ALL shipping charges for the return and only the retail price you paid will be returned to you!

WE DO NOT OFFER PRICE MATCHES AND WE DO NOT REFUND ANY PORTION OF AN ORDER ONCE PLACED. PRICES ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AND WE DO NOT REFUND ANYONE FOR ANY PART OF AN ORDER PLACED!
