Coolwaters is pleased to offer Certificates of Authenticity with EVERY autograph ordered from our store! Starting in March of 2023 Coolwaters has created a new COA and database system! Starting in March of 2023 we will offer our new COAs exclusively at conventions! These new COAs will be a single tamper proof sticker with serial number. The sticker will have a QR code on it that will bring you to our new database on line. You can enter your serial number into the database and detailed info about the item will show. NOTE: We have discontinued our relationship with Beckett. Although current stock in our store may come with a Beckett COA we want to make fans aware that moving forward we will no longer offer Beckett services.
ALL our COAs serve as lifelong proof of the hand signed signature. Currently in our on-line store we have THREE versions of certificates. You can not choose which COA you receive as each signed item is already certified. The description of each signed item stipulates which COA you will receive.
ALL Coolwaters' own exclusive COAs contain serial numbers that are trackable in our new database. The Beckett COAs are trackable via Beckett's database only. ALL versions of our COAs come with a tamper proof serial number(s) and ALL versions are fully backed by our company!

I HAVE AN ITEM I BOUGHT A LONG TIME AGO THAT CONTAINS AN OLDER VERSION OF THE COOLWATERS COA. CAN COOLWATERS VERIFY THE SIGNATURE & ITEM?Yes! You can fill out the form on our website and we will verify the autograph and add it to our database. Any items ordered and shipping from our warehouse as of March 2023 will have the serial number already entered into our database.
DOES EVERY AUTOGRAPH COME WITH A COA?
YES! And it's 100% secure and endorsed by our staff and clients!
EVERY COA STILL COMES WITH A SERIAL NUMBER RIGHT?
YES, we will never change this fact! Every single Certificate we send out features the tamper proof serial number. If it is one of OUR older verion COAs then it has 2 matching serial numbered stickers where one sticker goes on the paper COA and one sticker goes on the actual signed item itself. The NEW VERSION is a single (one) sticker with serial number. This sticker goe son the item that was signed and is trackable in our database using the QR code. If you choose an item that is BECKETT witnessed then the sticker goes on the item and the item comes with a small card that features an identical serial number. ALL serial numbers are NEVER repeated and IF someone tries to remove a sticker it actually is made to be "self-destroyed" and it can not be used again. It also leaves a residue on the item that can not me removed.
WHY DOESN'T EVERY ITEM COME WITH A PHOTO OF THE CELEBRITY SIGNING THE AUTOGRAPH?
We always try to include a 4x6 photograph of your item being signed OR a general photo from the signing itself. We always allow our clients to approve the images before we use them. We have photographic proof for 90% of our merchandise and we ALWAYS state in the item's description in our store if it is included! You must also realize that a few select clients are strict with us taking photos, so from time to time photos may not be available, but rest assure that COOLWATERS STAFF HAVE WITNESSED THE SIGNING IN PERSON! Nothing in our store is a fake or a copy!
IF I QUESTION AN ITEM ITEM I BOUGHT FROM A DEALER OR VENDOR (3rd party), WHAT DO I DO?
If you question an item that you bought from a third party simply send us a scan. We'll tell you if it is real, in our opinion. If it is fake we can provide you with a letter, on our management company letterhead, that states we feel it is fake and you can use this letter hopefully to get a refund of your item and or to take legal action. Fake signatures are out there and HONESTLY, certificates of authenticity are NOT worth the paper they are printed on (even ours). The best case scenario is to buy from a trusted source (like us who works ONE ON ONE with the talent) or to MEET THE CELEBRITY FACE TO FACE YOURSELF! Rest assured ANY autograph purchased directly from Coolwaters is 100% real and backed by our 25 year history in the industry!
